The training room has three TVs fed by splitters; all three displays show the same image. There are two HDMI wall plates (front podium & side wall). A Wireless HDMI kit (1 receiver + 2 USB‑C transmitters) is provided.
Audio: In Presentation Mode, audio plays through the in-ceiling speakers. Control volume with the center TV's remote.
Presentation Mode
A) Wireless Presentations (Default)
From the kit, take the wireless receiver (HDMI male) and plug it into the wall plate’s HDMI.
Power the receiver using the short USB‑C cable from the wall plate (plug the other end into the receiver).
After the receiver is connected and powered, the system will switch to Wireless Presentation mode on all three TVs.
Plug one of the two USB‑C transmitters (from the kit) into your laptop/phone/tablet — it will auto‑project to the screens.
Adjust room volume with the center TV remote if your content has audio.
If your device prompts for screen casting permissions, accept to start transmitting.
B) Hardwired Presentations (Wall Plates)
Connect an HDMI cable to either wall plate (front podium or side wall), then to your device.
The system will automatically switch from Wireless to the plugged‑in HDMI source.
Your screen is mirrored to all three TVs; adjust volume with the center TV remote.
Display tip: If your laptop doesn’t mirror automatically, use Windows + PmacOS: ⌘ + F1/F2.
Video Conferencing
The room’s conferencing solution centers on a Logitech Rally Bar at the front of the room with a Logitech Tap touchscreen and Logitech Extend unit (single USB‑C cable). Optional expansion: Logitech Sight camera and a ceiling Rally Mic Pod.
Wake the conferencing system: To switch from Wireless Presentation to conferencing, wheel the control table to the wall and plug in the usual cables (White → Extend, Black → Tap, Green → Audio). This wakes the Rally Bar from sleep and the system will auto‑switch to conferencing mode.
Small–Medium Meetings (Quick Start)
Wheel out the control table.
Plug the color‑coded cables into the matching RJ45 jacks (see Legend): White → ExtendBlack → TapGreen → Audio sender kit
Place your laptop on the table and connect the single USB‑C from the Extend.
Your laptop will auto‑link; the Rally Bar handles camera, mic, speakers, and display.
Medium–Large Meetings (with Logitech Sight)
Complete the steps above for the control table.
Roll in the Sight camera on its monopod and position near room midpoint.
Connect the extra cables: Red → Sight powerBlue → Sight dataYellow → Ceiling Mic Pod
The Rally Bar automatically detects the Sight and combines camera views (RightSight).
Optional ceiling‑speaker audio: Plug the sender’s 3.5 mm into your laptop and set the app/OS output to Headphone/Line Out.
